We collect the following data when you use our contact or quote request form:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Content of your message / project details (date, location, type of service)

We do not collect any sensitive data (health, political opinions, religious beliefs, etc.).

2.3 Purposes of processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your quote or information requests
  • Manage the administrative and contractual follow-up of any potential service
  • Contact you in the context of our business relationship

Your data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

2.4 Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent (voluntary submission of the form) and/or on the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (preparation of a quote).

2.5 Retention period

Data from an unconverted quote request is retained for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted. Data linked to a contract or invoicing is retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations.
